Conform Articolului 44 OUG 92/2021 privind regimul deseurilor, LTHD Corporation SRL, a efectuat un audit pe amplasamentul LTHD. Rezultatele auditului nu au relevat neconformitati fata de prevederile legale. Metodele aplicabile societatii pentru minimizarea deseurilor sunt:
- prevenirea generarii deseurilor;
- reducerea generarii deseurilor;
- reducerea volumului deșeurilor generate;
- refolosirea si/sau recuperarea deșeurilor.
Ele se aplica tuturor sectoarelor firmei.

Starting with 2005, LTHD Corporation is specialised in the production industry of special labels an ID Solutions for the high-end electronics industry, having a constant attendance at the world’s leading trade fair Productronica. In the plastics field, LTHD offers thermoforming services for packaging solutions in the automotive, medical and EMS industries. Plastic thermoforming is a process of producing plastic elements which entails the heating of plastic sheets up until they become malleable and prone of being formed into required forms. Our products are made in-house from the concept state till de final product. The design department assures every client request is fulfilled and makes every adjustment is required until the needs are meet. We assure fast services by producing ourselves the mold for every product requested.
Equipped with latest technology in the thermoforming industry, we can offer top quality products. We specialised in trays for packaging, assuring the safety of the products while shipped, using top material HIPS (high impact polystyrene), that comes with ESD properties.
In October of 2020 LTHD Corporation has launched a new division SMART MTL - metal Converting Solutions. This division offers full metal sheet services and solutions, from design to metal cutting laser technology, covering bending and welding works. Products manufactured according to customer specifications with industry specific materials - with high accuracy equipment for cutting, drilling, bending & welding. From part concept and design through prototyping, small series production(SOP) to full production. Our design team covers every request, from simple CAD design to 3D simulation of bending metal sheets, using top software like SolidWorks.

In these days, labels become smaller, very precise and used in automated application, for this kind of labels, LTHD Corporation acquired a high speed high precision modular rotary cutting machine, which will be used to cut label with electronic, automotive, medical and aerospace industry with high precision suitable for automatic application.
